My name is Tracie, and I've been an entrepreneur my whole life. For 17+ years, I ran an ice cream truck company — learning firsthand what it means to serve a community, build trust with real people, and show up block by block. That's where StreetsEverywhere was born, philosophically: people want a place that feels like a neighborhood.
I watched Craigslist get greedy. I watched Facebook Marketplace become a scam minefield. I kept thinking: why isn't there one place where regular people can buy, sell, connect, find love, share their art, and be part of something real? So I built it.
When I'm not building platforms, I'm podcasting and writing books. My podcast "In The Dark" has racked up over 139,000 listens across platforms — proof that when you speak honestly to real people, they show up. My published books cover everything from entrepreneurship to life on your own terms. StreetsEverywhere is my biggest creative project yet.
